Trust Is The Foundation From Which Relationships Grow

Updated: Jun 11, 2020

Whether with a partner, friend, or family, we are all in relationships and the foundation from which these relationships grow is Trust. The worst possible thing to lose in any relationship is trust. We lose trust by lying, being sneaky, doing the things that violate the morals and values you hold dear.

Speaking from personal experience earning trust back versus losing trust cannot compare. In a single moment, you can lose everything you have strived for, and it takes years to rebuild the trust that has been broken. The bond of trust is the foundation of all relationships. Trust is the most important part in a relationship, without trust there is no sustainable relationship. When I began to speak the truth, when I began to live a life devoted to the truth, all my relationships began to heal and thrive.

So today, have the courage and strength to speak the truth. To trust yourself to speak honestly, and when you speak the truth, do not do it out of anger or self-righteousness, but do it with love and affection. So today, choose to be blessed by speaking in the love of truth which establishes the all-important trust in a relationship.
